3.0 TRADE DOCUMENT
3.1 INVOICE
Invoice is a document listing the cargo and its important charateristics. So as in this invoice they already put the invoice number and the date that invoice was issued. As usually the consignee information was the important information. After that they will list the description the type of goods and each item for the goods they also mention the material and part size of each item. By settle down the list of goods the put the quantity and unit price per item and lastly they put the total of all items.
3.2 CARRIER BOOKING
In logistics, booking is a customer's request to reserve goods, storage space or services provided by various suppliers. It includes the agreement on transport conditions such as price, time and liability. In this document they will give the consignee document about the equipment and intended transport plan to list out the details of the equipment. The company will list out the details booking for consignee information and give the booking number with the details of the equipment such as the fee that the company charged for the invoice for each equipment that they booked.
3.3 COMPANY INVOICE
An invoice is an itemized commercial document that records the products or services delivered to the customer, the total amount due, and the preferred payment method. The company invoice is the total that company collect after the consumer use their service and the company equipment also charged for the delivery at the terminal handling charge. The company will calculate and convert to Ringgit Malaysia if the consignee company pay in USD.
3.4 CARRIER INVOICE
Carriers produce a freight invoice, also called a freight bill, to summarize a transaction. It details the freight, shipper information, point of origin, and any applicable charges. Those receiving goods will sign the freight invoice to accept the delivery. Shippers may also choose to sign freight bills before loading. In this document the company will issued the export invoice only which is means that the company issued a document when the container or the cargo are ready to ship and as usually the company also will give the number to the consingnee to make them also track the cargo.
