3.0 TRADE DOCUMENT 3.1 INVOICE Invoice is a document listing the cargo and its important charateristics. So as in this invoice they already put the invoice number and the date that invoice was issued. As usually the consignee information was the important information. After that they will list the description the type of goods and each  item for the goods they also mention the material and part size of each item. For example, customers will call the company and then come fill out a form at the company to order a container or ship for the delivery of their goods. Therefore, the company is trying to improve the process to please customers to book their containers, services and ships. For example, this syraikat has created apps online such as websites in Google. This will make it easy for customers to book services at the company and not have to bother to come to the company just to fill in their form of service book. 1.0 COMPANY BACKGROUND BE Logistic Sdn Bhd is a small-sized company, established in 2016. At the beginning of the establishment there were only two employees. At the beginning of its establishment, BE Logistic only focused on shipping agencies, which is ocean freight and air freight. At the beginning of the establishment BE Logistic was just a small company so there was no ship because of that they were just an agency. BE Logistics only helps customers booking ships. 3 years ago BE Logistics opened all access such as factories, warehouses, fowarding agents, and fowarding licenses but BE Logistic focused on transport, namely trucks as their main access. Until now they have 7 trucks ranging in size from 10 footer to 40 footer.
